The Hampshire Court Hotel offers 12 flexible and spacious meeting rooms for an event, board meeting, team building or training days. Our large Highclere Suite is the jewel of our crown and will hold up to 220 delegates or for something on a grander scale, The Championship Suite can hold up to 1,500 delegates for a large conference or glittering evening event.
A dedicated event co-ordinator will be on hand to ensure your event runs smoothly and without a hitch. The hotel is fully adaptable and excels as a team building venue. For flexibility in terms of package we can offer as much or as little as you require. If you require an extra meeting room during the day we can do it. If you would rather silver service at your event we can deliver with aplomb. Or should you require a disco for the second evening to be built in to your rate we can make the most of fantastic partnerships we have and do just that.
