Geographically, Our Cambridge conference venue, The Cambridge Belfry, is blessed as a meeting venue. We’re situated between the A1 and M11, a handy meeting point and far enough out of the city to make access incredibly easy and reduce the hassle of getting into the city centre.
Your event will be held in one of our 8 well-equipped conference and meeting rooms, the largest being the University Suite which can hold up to 250 delegates.
Your room, of course, will be laid out just as you want it. The food will be served whenever you ask for it. The coffee will be piping hot and just the boost you need to absorb your key message.

For flexibility in terms of package we can offer as much or as little as you require. If you require an extra meeting room during the day we can do it. If you would rather silver service at your event we can deliver with aplomb. Or should you require a disco for the second evening to be built in to your rate we can make the most of fantastic partnerships we have and do just that.

From the west/north A14 – exit at junction 24. Follow the A1198 (Royston) through Papworth Everard. Exit at the A428 (Cambridge). Take the first slip road signposted Cambourne. In Cambourne, the hotel is on the left.
From the south M11 – exit at J13 (A428). Take the A1303 to the A428 towards Bedford. Take the slip road on the left to Cambourne. As you enter Cambourne, the hotel is on the left-hand side.
From the south A1 – exit at the A428 (Cambridge). Take the slip road signposted Cambourne. As you enter Cambourne, the hotel is on the left.
