After staging a fantastically innovative convention in March 2011 the company in question wrote a detailed letter of thanks.

Amongst other elements, the event involved a Dragon's Den style panel which included Norton Park's Sales Manager. The team were split in to groups and asked to present new and innovative ideas to add to Norton Park's dining menu. The talented Chefs at Norton Park then created the suggestions chosen by the Dragons. What an innovative idea and a great way to get a team working together!
