Terms and conditions

The incentive is available on all new enquiries placed and confirmed by 30^th April to take place between 1^st October – 15^th December 2012.
The value of the event is based on the Total Meetings Package and cost will be calculated inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate excluding any extras

The rewards consist of either:
- Double C&E Rewards vouchers
  or
- 1x iPod Touch 8gb
  or
- 1x iPad2 16gb (WiFi)
‘iPad’ must be quoted at the time of initial enquiry to be eligible for your gadget
If claiming for an iPad2 or iPod Touch, you will receive your reward within 28 days of the signed contract being received
Should your event cancel, or change in numbers that would take you under the incentive level, the booking company will be charged the cost of the reward in addition to any applicable cancellation fees under the contract
If claiming C&E Rewards vouchers, your will receive your vouchers within 28 days after your event has taken place
In order to receive your reward we must have received the signed contract by 30^th April 2012
QHotels cannot accept any liability for tax implications incurred as a result of receiving the iPad2 or iPod Touch
We are unable to fulfil to any address other than your business address detailed in our system
QHotels can take no responsibility for rewards lost or damaged in the post
This promotion is not available on weddings, private functions or Christmas Parties

If you use a third party agency to book, it must be agreed in advance which party will receive the reward. This must be communicated to the QHotels Events team PRIOR to signing your contract for the event
The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion

In the event we are unable to fulfil your iPod Touch, or iPad2, we will offer vouchers to the value of your reward
